I means either cutting new lengths, or in my case, testing out previously cut lengths to find the right one, and at last resort, cutting one down to the perfect size. Another issue, and it relates to the type of chain I use for this sort of thing is keeping it flat. Seems like an easy thing to do, but actually it is just another issue that makes this all tricky. Anyone that tries this out, will find that out very quickly. Keeping it flat means it is a lot more comfortable that if it was twisted.
